Called Dallas Tech Doctor about a software install issue. They made several suggestions and offered to schedule an appointment for the same day if I couldn't resolve the situation myself. Their suggestion worked! They were friendly, prompt, and actually answered their phone! Wish I would have not wasted my time trying to reach about three other companies. Great service. Highly recommend! Will use again.

I had an iPhone that was cracked with water damage that the “geniuses” told me was hopeless to recover data from the hard drive. I kept it in a drawer unable to part with it due to some precious videos. Two years later after meeting Dallas Tech Doctor through the Wylie Chamber I figured I had nothing to lose asking him to see what he could do. Unlike the other experts, he was able to extract all the files I thought were gone forever! I’m amazed and so thankful! Definitely will be using Dallas for all our computer/electronic needs in the future.

This is my second time using the Dallas Tech Doctor. The first time was to update my old MacBook computer. It is amazing now, he replaced the battery, upgraded the memory and the hard drive. It’s better and faster IMHO then a new one. This weekend I had him back to fix my home entertainment system. The receiver of 10 years went out. He replaced the receiver and it sounds better then when it was new. The sound optimization is outstanding. The receiver had a glitch after the Friday install and he came out on a Sunday to reset it! I highly recommend Dallas Tech Doctor!!!!

We started using Dallas after a previous I.T specialist could not meet our needs. Dallas has repaired every computer that has needed repairs and he has also built 2 computers for our office to meet our needs. Dallas also wired the office we moved into in a very timely manner and did it right. Not only has he helped us at the office, we have used him for technology needs at home. Dallas is very knowledgeable, responsive, and get things done the first time.
